Waiting for Jesus is a sweet, four-week Advent journey created especially for young children ages 4-8, but little ones and older kids can absolutely join the fun. 

Each week focuses on one of the timeless Advent themes - hope, peace, joy, and love and also includes a gentle, Gospel-centered audio story and craft designed to help kids understand the true meaning of Advent. 

Each week, we encourage you to start by listening to that week's audio together. Then, as you work through the simple craft, chat through the included discussion questions. These moments are meant to spark wonder, invite conversation, and help your children's hearts slow down during this season.

Our prayer is that this Advent experience feels simple, sweet, and doable. We created it with busy parents in mind - moms and dads who may want to do Advent every year, but often feel overwhelmed. This guide is meant to remove pressure, not add to it.

Week 1 - Hope:
Kids learn why God's promises are sure and why we can always hope in Jesus.
